Soul Food Junkies: free on PBS till Feb 11

The director Byron Hurt made this one-hour documentary to figure out how to come to terms with making soul food “good for you” as well as “good to you,” in as comfort foods he knew growing up. Gardens come in around 44:00 into the film, shortly after some segments on industrial food systems and “food deserts.”
